Build More Healthy Habits
TnT~ Tight N Tone Challenge will be posted in Minion chatroom Tuesday evening, you will have a choice of doing your TnT on Wednesday's or Thursday to fit your fitness routine.
Boot Camp Challenge ~ Our weekly bootcamp runs 7 days Wednesday - Tuesday. Pick your level for the bootcamp, at the end of the week post on the Minion spreadsheet how many days your were able to accomplish this goal.
Week #2 Bootcamp Challenge ~ Water
Points are awarded:
0 days complete = 0 points
1-3 days complete = 1 point
4-6 days complete = 2 points
7 days complete = 3 points
LCW (Last Chance Workout) ~ LCW is your way of burning some extra calories before your next weigh in. We give you a choice of Monday or Tuesday to get as many fitness minutes that you can get in on either day. Post your results on the Minion spreadsheet under LCW.
Don't forget to complete your Special Task along with the Optional Task to earn your points to move up in our Minion Ranks. Both Task are posted on the Minions Newsletter and also on the Spreadsheet.
There is also a Blank Printable Tracker if you want to print it of to keep tabs on your Special Task, Optional Task, Weekend Challenge, TnT totals, and also your LCW minutes.

All weekend challenge are Mandatory !!! No Excuses allowed
Weekend challenge are always mandatory there is always at least one thing on every challenge that you can do. Even if you are away for the weekend there is always something on our challenges that can be done away from home.
Remember 100% PARTICIPATION is expected NOT Perfection.
