♦ Monday & Tuesday : Is our LCW (Last Chance Workout) because not everyone is on the same workout schedule we give you a choice to see which day you can knock out the most fitness minutes.
♦ Tuesday: QOTD (Question of the day)
♦ Wednesday : Weigh In Day .. All weigh ins must be posted by 11:59 you time.. No Excuses!!! If your going to be away on Weigh In Day you must notify ME your captain Babbler (Lori) so I can get you excused.
♦ Wednesday: Weekly Boot Camp challenge.. These weekly Boot Camp run from Wednesday- Tuesday. Also a weekly theme will be posted, and up for discussion during the week

♦ Wednesday/Thursday : TnT challenge you pick the day that fits better with your workout schedule to complete your TnT.
♦ Friday : Day 1 of your weekend challenge.
♦ Sunday : Mid week weigh in (just something to help keep us on track during the week)
♦ Spontaneously during the week : We will have QOTD (Question of the Day), GOYBAD, SOS (Success on Saturday)
